The Boys & Girls Clubs of Warwick is a non-profit organization working to help youth of all background, with a special concern for those who need us most, develop the qualities to become responsible citizens and leaders.

Our core services include activities such as educational games, tutoring, drug prevention, sports and physical education, recreation, arts & crafts, and environmental awareness, etc.

We also offer affordable before and after school care, enriching summer programs and youth sports leagues.



CHILD, Inc. is a private non-profit agency providing comprehensive child development and family support services to low and moderate income families residing in Kent County, Rhode Island.

Services Offerred: Extended Day Childcare for children 6 weeks to Kindergarten, Head Start and Early Head Start center-based programs, Early Head Start home-based programing, Kids Connect, family and individual mental health services.

We also operate 3 State Pre-Kindergarten classrooms.




The Kent County YMCA offers programs in Health & Fitness, Aquatics, and Arts & Humanities.

At the YMCA, all of our programs and activities keep the development of a healthy spirit, mind and body at their core. Program offerings focus on families, youth, teens, adults and older adults.

Y child-care programs provide quality experiences that are age-appropriate and focus on the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child. The Kent County YMCA offers a nursery school program, an Out of School Time (before and after school) Program and summer day programs.





Our mission is to enhance the lives of Rhode Island youth through mentoring.
Our philosophy is simple: when we invest today in expanding our community's capacity to mentor our youth, we will see an incredible return in the lives of our children and the health of our communities for generations to come.

RIMP serves as an umbrella organization for dozens of mentoring programs around Rhode Island offering help with recruitment, training, and other support. RIMP is also directly responsible for the coordination of the school-based mentoring programs in Warwick, Woonsocket, Newport, and Middletown.




Westbay Children's Services Division prides itself on delivering high quality comprehensive early care and education programs for children and their families through the Children's Center.

Our mission is to provide children with learning environments that are nurturing, based on current trends in education to prepare children to enter school ready and eager to learn.
In addition, the Center provides a before and after school programs for children ages 6-12, as well as tutorial services, homework assistance and after school recreational programs for all of the children in this program
